About ClearSite Compliance
ClearSite helps healthcare organizations move from reactive, paperwork-driven HIPAA compliance to an organized, year-round process.
Why I built ClearSite
I've spent 25 years in IT infrastructure, including a long stretch designing HIPAA-compliant IT systems for healthcare organizations. I also run an IT company that supports dental and healthcare practices, so I've seen this problem from both sides of the table.
Most of the practices I worked with managed HIPAA compliance with a mix of spreadsheets, shared folders, and binders. It held together, until an audit, a new hire, or a security incident showed up. Then everyone scrambled: finding the right document, remembering who signed what, figuring out what was actually done versus what was supposed to be done.
I built ClearSite so that scramble doesn't have to happen. One place to run the risk assessment, distribute policies and training, manage incidents, and keep BAAs on file, all year, not just before an audit.
ClearSite Compliance is a product of Verenity LLC.

Practices and the MSPs who support them
Dental, medical, and specialty practices, a single office or a group with many locations. And MSPs who want to offer HIPAA compliance to their healthcare clients without building the tooling themselves.
